My Sisters and My Brothers,
Next month we will have the opportunity to gather again for our annual time of restoration and relaxa-tion. I am delighted to share that this year we have been able to reserve the Weber Retreat and Conference Center in Adrian. We have used this center on the campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters for the past few years for the annual Ministry Retreat and if you have not had the opportunity to visit this place yet you are in for a treat. Their hospitality is unparalleled, their grounds lovely and their chapel is simply stunning.
We will be gathering on Wednesday late afternoon and staying through lunch together on Friday; please mark your calendars for this very important time I have to share with you.
Our retreat leader this year is the Rev. Will Thompson. Will has lived into his ministry as a Clergy Coach with a particular emphasis on assisting and encouraging clergy to reconnect with the joy and wonder that sometimes feels so distant in our lives. He will be leading us through three sessions all with an eye on helping us remember our blessedness.
