There will be 3 workshops given by Eric Travis, Missioner for Youth and Young Adults at the 2012 Ministry Fair. They are:

Facebook, Twitter and your Teenager

This workshop will look at some of the Social Media applications that teens are using and the things that parents and others who work with youth should know about “friending”, “liking” and “tweeting”.

Cyber-Bullying: A Primer for the Church

One million children were harassed, threatened, or subjected to other forms of cyber-bullying on Facebook in the past year! (Consumer Reports June 2011). This workshop will explore what cyber-bullying is and how to help combat it.

Family Ministry As Youth Ministry

This workshop will explore ways that churches can involve and engage the entire family as it reaches out to its young members.
